This method is based on a framework of performance indicators that allow organisations to measure their progress in sustainable development policies, taking into account governance, economic, environmental and social criteria.

Law of December 9, 2016 on transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernization of economic life. Prevent and detect corruption committed in France and abroad by deploying a specific anti-corruption program within large companies (more than 500 employees and a turnover of over €100 million). Strengthen the transparency of relations between interest representatives (lobbyists) and public authorities.
