Yo-hann Tan appointed CEO BNP Paribas Real Estate Hong-Kong

Yo-hann-tan-bnp-paribas-real-estateBNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the appointment of Yo-Hann Tan, Head of BNP Paribas Real Estate Asia Pacific as Chief Executive Officer of the newly established BNP Paribas Real Estate Representative Office Hong Kong. Yo-Hann Tan remains responsible for all of BNP Paribas Real Estate's activities across the Asia Pacific region and reports to Etienne Prongué, Head of International Investment Group, BNP Paribas Real Estate who reports directly to Thierry Laroue-Pont, Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Yo-Hann, 46-year old, joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2013 and has more than 22 years of experience in real estate corporate and financial advisory, investment capital origination, brokerage, legal structuring and fund and asset management in Asia Pacific. He has been involved in more than $5 billion of Real Estate Financing in Asia Pacific countries (including Japan).

A Master of Banking & Finance Law, Yo-Hann Tan is also a qualified Barrister-at-law in England and Wales and an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore.

Year to date, the Hong Kong office has closed some EUR 733m of transactions in France, Germany and the UK and have various ongoing sale/ buy side mandates and consultancy projects that we expect to close in the coming months”, comments Etienne Prongué, Head of International Investment Group of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
