Low Carbon

Environmental issues concern us all and they have become more pressing than ever given the acceleration of climatic events and a tremendous raising of awareness. It appears that monitoring carbon emissions and reducing them is the only way to surmount this challenge. Yet the subject is still poorly understood.

A relatively accurate estimate of the carbon emissions of an asset can be made by using a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA): it shows that the building construction phase is responsible for 60% of CO2 emissions.
