To strengthen its pan-European governance, the Investment Management arm of BNP Paribas Real Estate announces the appointment of two new top executives.
Vincenzo Nocerino has been appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of BNP Paribas REIM Italy with effect since 7 January 2020. Nocerino, 38 years old, will be responsible for coordinating the Acquisition & Asset Management area, and for developing the pan-European activities. He will report to Dominique Jones, General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Italian business line.
Dominique Jones stated: "I am delighted to welcome Vincenzo to BNP Paribas REIM Italy. He is a solid real estate professional with a deep knowledge of the Italian market and significant international experience".
Biography of Vincenzo Nocerino
Graduated in Business Economics from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, for the past two years Vincenzo Nocerino has been Head of Transactions at UBS Real Estate & Private Markets, coordinating the scouting and execution of real estate purchases and sales for funds under management and separate accounts, as well as company's business development and fund raising activities. Previously, from 2014 to 2017, he was Head of Acquisitions at AXA Investment Management Real Asset and, from 2011 to 2014, Head of Transactions at Schroders Property Investment Management. Vincenzo started his career in 2007 in BNL Fondi Immobiliari SGR.
Nicole Arnold, 39 years old, has joined the Management Board team at BNP Paribas REIM Germany since January 1st and is assuming the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). She will be in charge of the Munich-based real estate investment manager's back office, including Accounting/Fund Accounting, Business Support Services and Legal.
Alongside Chief Executive Officer Claus P. Thomas and Chief Investment Officer Isabella Chacón Troidl, Nicole Arnold will complete BNP Paribas REIM Germany's three-person management team.

Graduated in business economics (Diplom-Kauffrau) and law (LL.M), Nicole Arnold has over 15 years of experience at leading players in real estate investment management, asset management and the fund sector. Before joining BNP Paribas REIM Germany, Nicole Arnold was more than 7 years with Universal-Investment, in portfolio and investment management, most recently as Director and Key Account for German and Luxembourg real estate funds with a global investment focus. She started her professional career in the real estate industry with ECE Projektmanagement, Hamburg, where she worked for more than 8 years in different positions (i.e. in Asset Management, Commercial Affairs International, Strategic Projects Finance).
