BNP Paribas REIM has acquired an office building on behalf of its vehicle Accimmo Pierre (SCPI), with a total lettable area of 22,700 sqm. It benefits from a double address: 41-49 Quai d’Austerlitz and 52-60 Avenue Pierre Mendès France, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

As well as the “Evolution” project, which will comprise 91,000 sqm of office, student accommodation, retail and services areas along the Gare d’Austerlitz by the end of 2025.
