BNP Paribas REIM announces the acquisition of a state-of-the-art office complex located in Rome, Via di Villa Grazioli. Built in the 60s, the asset has undergone major refurbishment and modernization works by the seller, the “Fondo Sympleo” managed by REAM Sgr.
The property, fully let, features almost 4,000 sq.m of total office area, offering a flexible and high-quality working environment to its tenant.
BNP Paribas REIM acquired the property with an investment volume of ca. 37.7 Million EUR on behalf of an alternative real estate fund dedicated to institutional investors and managed by BNP Paribas REIM Italy.
