BNP Paribas Real Estate took to the stage
During this year’s MIPIM event, BNP Paribas Real Estate got the chance to host and play a role in a number of events, whilst also being able to showcase how we are innovating in the real estate sector.
At the Women of Influence Networking Cocktail, Thierry Laroue-Pont, Chairman & CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate, Nathalie Palladitcheff Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ivanhoé Cambridge and Marie Schneegan, CEO of Workwell, discussed their experiences of women working in the real estate sector.
Thierry Laroue-Pont explained, “I am proud to work for a company where women come in every day feeling respected, motivated and inspired to strive for greatness.”
During PropTech, a panel discussion focused on technology in the real estate sector, Csongor Csukas, Head of International Property Management, described how with technology moving as quickly as it does, it is more and more important to adapt to client’s expectations. He detailed how it is for this reason that BNP Paribas Real Estate has been using technology to serve client’s in new and innovative ways, saying ;
“Two years ago we realised that our products were not completely aligned with our client’s needs. We therefore analysed exactly what our clients were calling for and put together new initiatives, based on new trends, understanding the office market and focusing on the values that we were offering across all asset types. In doing so we really harnessed new technology to better serve our clients.”

Bringing innovation to MIPIM
MIPIM was an excellent opportunity to showcase BNP Paribas Real Estate’s latest technology; holoportation. With individuals and investors around the world looking for property across the globe, our holoportation device allows them to be connected with their broker and visit various properties, virtually.
The holoportation technology, built in collaboration with Mimesys, means individuals can now interact and engage with their real estate broker, without physically being in the same place. Watch the video below to see exactly how the technology works.
