BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed by Deka Immobilien to manage “Tower 185” in Frankfurt

DEKA Immobilien GmbH has instructed BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management on the commercial and technical property management of “Tower 185”, an office building in Frankfurt. The building, completed in 2011, has a total lettable space of approximately 100,000 sq m.

The acquisition of Tower 185 by DEKA Immobilien GmbH was one of the largest transactions carried out in Germany in 2017. This fourth-highest office building in Germany was certified with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Standard and the DGNB Gold Certification for sustainable construction.
